Gamaliel Estrada is great from the beginning. He always keep me updated on the status of my car. Not only that, his professionalism and amazing customer service made my car accident experience a good one. It's already a pain in the butt going thru an accident and figuring out which body shop will be a good fit for me, but he gave me a peace of mind that I do not need to worry about anything. Alec was very professional and courteous. He ordered the parts before I took my car in. The shop was clean and everyone was very pleasant. They completed the work ahead of schedule and my car looks like new. They went above and beyond with every detail. And, kept me informed as to the progress of the job. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repair or paint. As a side note, I had my car repainted a few years ago because the original paint had oxidized. They did a poor job and took much longer than necessary. Having this wonderful experience at Carstar Mclaren was so refreshing and restored my faith in body shops. Thank you very much!!
