Professionally done. Could not tell that there was any damage. Body shops claim that they can repair back to factory condition, but this truly so. Would recommend and go back without a doubt!!

As far as the quality of work that was performed I would recommend to friends. If this situation with the body side molding isn’t resolved I will not recommend them.

The body side molding was missing when the repairs were “finished” and that was pointed out to them. Now I’m being told the part has been discontinued and no after market available. They told me they are working with St Farm to resolve the issue. The quality of the work that was done was very good. However I want the body side molding replaced. I was disappointed that I had to point out the fact that that part was missing when they said the repairs were complete.

Where do I begin. The car looks absolutely terrible. I will be blasting my story on every possible platform and site I can find. There are spots on the door jam that has the old color from the used car showing. The paint has runs and trash all through it. The rubber seals and trims have paint on them. The plastic trims are not properly installed. The fender does not fit right at all. The front license plate was not reinstalled. The grille is not installed properly. The bumper cover acts like half of the hardware is not installed properly it. This is just the beginning of the issues. I still have to take the car to a shop to have the suspension they “fixed” double checked. This is after I was lied to numerous times by one of their employees stating verbally on the phone that the vehicle would be ready and it was not. I am disappointed in the people and the workmanship of the Laney carstar in west Monroe. I have voiced my concerns and asked for a refund and all I received was we will see what we can do.
