Customer service was excellent. The communication via text update and phone call was better than I could have even expected. The shop was bery quick to get my appointment scheduled, and quick to get it fixed too. The entire process was super easy & a great experience.

Repair, communication, & customer service was excellent all the way through. They were quick, and thorough. They returned the car clean & in perfect shape with the exception of one issue. After pickup there was a problem with speakers & radio. Took car back & it was looked at, but not very thoroughly & issue was not resolved. Technician says it was a software problem, but it was not an issue prior to leaving at the body shop. Still haven’t resolved to know what the cause actually was.
