I’m very dissatisfied because I have a led license plate on the front of my car that was unwired and was working when I bought it to the shop and it’s like they ripped it off and it’s not working now and also some parts of my bumper is not clamped together so disappointed.

My husband has been using Chris for over a decade and he has always done an AMAZING job. Our car had to be fixed twice back to back bc our car got hit. The first time we took it, the tint came back scratched and the second time was bc the personalized tag in the front of car was connected back incorrectly. I started to give a 5 but bc they fixed the problem immediately and correctly, I decided to go with a higher score. I feel like mistakes are going to happen, but it’s how the problem gets solved that counts.
