I'm fine with it, so I don't need attention or acknowledgement about it. Just to help you with information if perfection is what you seek. CONS: Driver's side front tire is covered in bodywork dust yet all of the others are clean. The wooden trim panel on the Driver's side door is covered in the same dust. The Driver's side A-pillar has a smudge on it where 2 pieces of trim connect that I do not recall being present. The repaired, repainted, polished and washed area has a dent in it. PROS: Your team at West Monroe and El Dorado that I spoke with on the phone or in person are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The use of email updates is awesome. Kept me informed along the way and stopped many time wasting phone calls on both ends. I appreciate that Carstar is an approved repair facility with State Farm.
