I had a wonderful experience with this body shop! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate accident, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new! They even had it beautifully detailed, which was such a nice touch. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work or repairs. Thank you for taking such great care of my car

Honestly the staff is Nice , but to charge my insurance top dollar and give me my car with mismatched headlights , come on. You guys already make a good business. The very least leave the cars , Amazing. It’s the right thing to do. All y they had to do was replace both headlight covers , a you would have a 10/10 review instead they cut corners.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and customer service from CARSTAR. My insurance was billed over $4,800, yet my car was returned with completely mismatched headlights—one brand-new assembly and one aged, faded one. When I brought this up, the shop dismissively told me that insurance 'isn't into making cars look pretty. As a customer paying for full coverage, receiving a vehicle that looks half-finished and lopsided is completely unacceptable. CARSTAR took top dollar for this repair but delivered cheap, careless presentation. Next time I know not to trust the insurance and pick my own shop. At the absolute bare minimum, the shop should have polished the remaining original headlight so the car looked uniform upon pickup. I expect a response from management to address this.
