I was satisfied with repairs. I was satisfied at the quick turnaround. I was satisfied at the communication that it was easy to access someone to speak to when I needed to add on an alignment. The only question I had was how come no one offered to walk me out to my vehicle and show me the repairs and go over what was done to reassure me. This was taken care of even though the damages were not horrendous and great in grand, even though it was minor, but no one offered to walk me to my vehicle to go over what had been repaired I was just given my keys and basically kind of shown the door. I found that to be a little unprofessional and taken back as if I was just another customer I had many many places to go, and I gave you my business. I hope that this does not upset anyone, but I found it to be unprofessional that no one even offered to even open the door for me. Here’s your keys goodbye thank you bye. I’m not used to that being in the medical field and being a first responder I thought customer service was everything regardless if it’s a Band-Aid fix or not

Like I mentioned in my previous comment, it would have been nice if someone would’ve walked me to my vehicle and said these are the repairs. This is what we did. I felt kind of like a idiot when I walked out that no one really gave a damn.
