They refuse to accept responsibility for damage that occurred while the car was on their lot. Furthermore, since they drove 15 to 20 miles, who knows where by who knows why, I find that completely unacceptable.

Upon being notified of the completion of repairs, we noted a scratch and a chip. They were not there when we dropped the car off. The company is refusing our claim and refuses to take responsibility. Very disappointed!

While our car was in the care of Manheim imports it looks like a rock chip and a scratch occurred. Additionally the car was driven 15 to 20 miles while they had it. I don’t believe that this amount of driving would be necessary for Body repairs.

The repair work was great but I had asked several times for a very specific part to be replaced and I left a message approving it to be done. But she never ordered the parts because “I never got back to her about it”. I had said over and over that I’ll pay out of pocket for this specific part and when I got home and discovered it was undone, I felt very disappointed. Either it was a miscommunication or she never got my message. Either way, I was sad.
