I contacted Mills on Sept 14th and State Farm issued them a check on Sept 16th. They made an appointment for Nov 8th to do repairs. I took vehicle on Nov 8th expecting it back on Nov 12th. I called to check status on Nov 11th. Nothing was being done because there were no parts. Now it's Jan 18th and I still haven't heard from Mills. They don't seem to care since they have already been paid.
