He successfully runs the business with his son Joseph. Every step our team takes is designed to get the job done right the first time, on time, every time. Our mission is to provide every customer with exceptional service and workmanship. That means you’ll often find John getting his hands dirty in the garage, working with the team to deliver 100% quality. Carstar was the best experience that i have ever had with a repair shop! Mike was above and beyond professional, curious and knowledgeable! Superb communication throughout the repair and the job was completed a day earlier than expected! A very happy 18yr daughter and for anyone who has experience knows that is no easy task!!! Oh, and Yes the repair was magnificent! Bravo Team Carstar! Ps: my hats off to the gentleman outside that cleaned and put the finishing touches on the car! Well done!
