What a terrific place to do business! Overwhelmingly fantastic experience. My Subaru Forester was in an accident one day prior to a planned vacation out of town.Someone backed up suddenly into my front-end in a parking lot & it became un-drivable. I was told not to worry and sat with Rachel as she helped me with the process of calling the auto insurance company of the other driver to set up & process my claim. She made certain that they had the accident report number, and everything that was needed so that the repair and insurance cost was completely covered. She was also able to have a rental car delivered to the shop so that I could get on my way the next day! They did everything they promised, kept me informed all throughout the insurance and repair process. Rachel is a superstar as far as I'm concerned! My car was returned to me in tip-top shape & I couldn't be happier. Freehold Collision is a great place to do business.
