CARSTAR Monmouth did an amazing job in repairing my collision damage. I couldn’t be to have my car returned to me as if nothing happened to it. I would like to give a special thanks to Mike for keeping me constantly updated and explaining the process. A very big thanks to the owner for going above and beyond in tracking down a difficult part and taking his time to travel the distance in order to complete my repair. I am extremely happy with my repair. They were great and went above and beyond in seeking out one particular part that was difficult to obtain, but thanks to them they found it and I received my vehicle back as if nothing ever happened to it. Gordon was great. He listened to me and even offered alternative options before any work was started. After work begun, he again checked in to see if I was happy at that point or wanted to go further. I very much appreciated him confirming with me during the process.
