45+ days and vehicle is not repaired correctly. Staff communication is Zero. One staff member advised me to go check on vehicle myself at dealership. Carstar has been paid by me n my ins company, and I still have no vehicle.

From the first call I spoke with Steve and was completely sold because of his customer service. My stress levels were pretty high with so much to do and Steve helped all of it disappear and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands and didnāt need to call anybody else. Jesus was also amazing! They were both very good with communication and delivering what they said they would do. Customer service is very important for me and Steve and Jesus deserve 10 stars! The work was also an excellent job and they even washed my car and found a headset that was missing in action. Yay! I would absolutely highly recommend them every single time. Thank you Steve and Jesus. This has truly been the best experience Iāve ever had at any shop!

Staff were great and friendly when spoken with however the lack of updates was frustrating. You didn't know what was happening with your car unless you called and asked. They couldn't really provide a timeframe for completion of work.
