From the intitial meeting to the finished work, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of RPM Collision & Service. The receptionist was polite and thorough in the explanation of the process. Shervin met us at our car. He asked me to point out the problem, thoroughly examined the car, noticed some issues that I missed and explained exactly what would be done and approximately how long the repair would take. They kept us informed with their progress. We received our car 2 days ahead of schedule. We are so pleased with the results! If needed, we will be future customers.
