When the repair was finished, and I was notified, I scheduled a shuttle pickup. There was a problem. Even with confirming my shuttle pickup, I was outside in extreme heat, waiting for pickup. Finally, after a long wait, I called and was told there was no record of the request. NOT GOOD NEWS! However, Ourisman very quickly fixed the problem---sent a shuttle--and I picked up my car. All is well that ends well. Thank you.
