Although my car was repaired, glass was still left on the dashboard where I got stuck in the hand and some left under the drivers seat. Scratches left by the base of the radio. Floor mat on the rear passenger side was damage. And found a scratch on the passenger side bumper. I took videos of my car before it was towed and I did a mini detail the day before it was vandalize. The scratches I will try to buff out. This is such an inconvenience when I am the one paying!! I have been going here for years and the old representatives were great!!! These new representatives seem lost. They need to work on the customer service skills. After I get my other repairs done, I will not be coming back to Ourisman Honda of Laurel, Maryland. Unless it’s to get parts only!!!!! Maybe not then either!!

Excellent service throughout the entire process. I was able to schedule the appointment via the Allstate app, received a call from OCC the next morning, dropped off suv was smooth. Received daily updates on the estimate, repairs, and completion of all work early. Workmanship was excellent, suv looks great! Every member of the OCC Team were very professional, kind, and helpful.
