I was very disappointed with the lack of front facing customer service presented by Jason. He made several mistakes at always pointing blame to someone else or circumstances. His credibility was compromised and his effort was poor. He demonstrated no quality control over the completion of my vehicle (exposed wiring and parts left on the floor).

I’m just disappointed that nobody nobody from Ourisman Dodge or Ourisman Chevrolet looked under the hood when they say the check engine light on and didn’t notice parts missing . I actually still don’t have my car yet as it had to go back to what is now Bowie Dodge

I dropped my car off on August 15th. I was told it would be about a 3 week repair. I understand that parts have to be ordered and delays happen. What I can’t get behind is the lack of communication about delays and problems. My three week repair turned into almost 6. I was given a total of 4 possible completion days, and no one called me, I always had to initiate the call the day it was supposed to be ready, and I was always told they were waiting on parts. Also, when I finally went to go pick it up, I was fully expecting to pay a deductible. I was not expecting to have TWO deductibles. I ended up having to call insurance while I was there and they also did not know why there was two deductibles and it was also not on my State Farm app. I ended up paying $1000, and when I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told there wasn’t really a manager and they didn’t have a number or an email. Also, the frame around my front left headlight was never repaired and is still broken, so I’m not even sure what I paid for. I feel like money was taken from me. The lack of professionalism was deeply disappointing and I will not be returning to this place.

I pushed for Ourisman to do the repair work on my car with the insurance company because I had confidence that the work would be done correctly and professionally.

Likely as this is my second vehicle they had repaired the first job was perfect, the second (this one) was good, the proper hood alignment and mentioned shop dust cleaned would've made it great.

Uneven hood alignment: the gap between the hood and passenger-side fender is noticeably wider than on the driver side. - I contacted Geico about this and they said someone from the body shop should be contacting me to take a look at it - everything else service-wise is was great. -

My vehicle looks good and it looks like they did a good job, but they did not replace the cap over the air valve on my front, right tire. A small thing, but noticeable. Also, I was a little dismayed at the delay in finishing the repair work, but it was a tolerable delay, thanks to me having a rental car, and the work seems to have been done as it should be.
