I found a dent that wasn't there when I brought the car in. Also there's something changed in my dashboard. It was raining hard when I picked up my car so I didn't get to inspect my car until I got home. Will drop by tomorrow August 6 to show it to one of your representatives. I'm actually Nelly Okamoto the wife of Tatsuo and is the owner of the car. I would like to have more work done not allowed by Allstate. Hopefully I can afford it.

Wish I would have had some updates through the process. I didn’t even know how many days it would take to have the recommended repairs approved or how long it would take for the work to be completed. I only received a call when they were about to reassemble the car.
