Upon repairs of my vehicle being ready for pickup, I was only called once. That was on Thursday the 10th. I was not called on Friday or Monday (days the shop was open for business). The shop should have made more than one attempt to call me and notify me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I shouldn’t have had to call on Tuesday to figure out that the vehicle was ready to be picked up.

Absolutely I would and have recommended Subway Auto Body. Beginning with Melissa at the front desk who has a welcoming friendly attitude to the men in the garage who are top notch ! Having Enterprise on the premises is an added bonus!!
