It was a pleasure working with the personnel at Autobody Images to get my car fixed in a very timely fashion. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way and made sure I was happy with the work they completed. This was the first time I have used them, but I will surely be coming back to them for car related services. Usually the experience of taking my car to get fixed is very stressful but they made the process very easy and the work on the car turned out great.

I’m not satisfied with the quality of the repair for my vehicle and will be working hard to rectify my issues. I was a little uneasy about the turn around time for the work that was done to my vehicle, but after the rain cleared, I was unpleasantly satisfied. My car was not repaired properly, my Wi-Fi was disconnected, my right side bumper isn’t properly aligned, then when I got a car wash yesterday, I discovered that my carpet was cut out and never replaced. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work that was done to my vehicle. Please advise how you will rectify the situation. Thank you in advance.

I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend highly Autobody Images was the second place I went to for an Autobody repair following a collision with my fairly new 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid. In contrast to the first place, Nick wanted me to show him the damaged area to inspect. Nick was transparent and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I was respected which doesn’t always happen especially when it comes to cars. It’s a family run business and it shows.
