My Experience

My experience with Fred Frederick first person I met was Mr Larry who was awesome he explained everything to me that was going to be done with my car. His colleagues was just as awesome and polite as Mr Larry that was a real good crew to work with.. they kept in touch with. me to let me know what day the part came in when they we're going to finish it and when I can pick it up. the paint job they did was great I love the way they match my color up with my car and they also wash my car and cleaned in the inside they did an outstanding job. Fred Frederick is a awesome place to bring your car and leave it in their hands safely when I couldn't pick it up the day it was ready they put it in a safe place which made me feel comfortable. I was totally excited to be able to have my car repaired fixed and painted by Fred Fredrick auto body shop it was amazing the job that was done in that shop .My car was brought back to its original style and color as if nothing had ever happened to it i would recommend Fred Frederick Chrysler to anyone whose car has been damage or in a accident .they dose a outstanding job with fixing your car. They also wash and clean inside and out your car before they give it by to you.

Customer service at Fred Frederick. When i walked in the door the first person i met was MR Larry who was very pleasant as if he already knew me ,his colleagues was just as pleasant as he was they all greeted me with a smile. MR Larry explained everything to me and they took care of my car. I love those guys
