The repair was flawless, no issues with that. My issue is that my tire pressure light has been on since receiving the vehicle. The panel shows only 2 tires which means something is wrong with the sensor or it wasn’t reset after removal of any tires. It’s a nightmare trying to get anyone on the phone about it.

My tire pressure monitor system was the first thing to pop up on my info screen directly after I was hit….after the repair, the tire monitor system light remains illuminated.

Carstar staff did a good job with fixing the body work on my car. I'm not sure what was used to clean the car or if the body work tools/fluid items are what caused a bad odor in my car. That's the only thing that i want pleased with. Thank you.

My dent was fixed but communication was terrible and I’m not sure I need to take it back

When I have a passenger they have to close the door twice in order to make sure the door is actually closed. I’ve driven off and the door is still open. I also noticed that I hear a noise when I’m drive by from the passenger side. The passenger side doesn’t close it all the way the driver side does

When I first made an appointment to drop my car off it didn’t seem like they wanted to keep my car and kept saying if I wanted to reschedule since I didn’t have a rental and didn’t know how long they’d have my car. Then while they had my car for 2 and half weeks I heard no updates at all, no one answered the phone and I had to get my car insurance to contact them for them to let them know it was time to have my car back. All the while I was paying for a rental.
