I would have given them a higher score. The car was said to be ready on Friday and then I was told that there were cars missing that never showed up which I thought was a little odd. Never got it back until the following Wednesday, but other than that, they did a great job.

this is my second time using Carstar. I couldn’t praise this place enough. honest, quick, and went above and beyond in my opinion. If ever I have an issue with any of my cars I’ll be sure to use them again! Mike and the guys that worked on my car were awesome. Also I’ll still say sorry over and over again for the messy kid car haha.

Mike kept me updated every few days about the status of my vehicle since it came to the shop. He was also very informative and answered any and all questions I had about everything on the phone and in person when I picked it up! They finished the repair in less than 2 weeks. Earlier than their original estimation, which was an added bonus!
