CARSTAR was very hospitable and welcoming in the midst of our car troubles. After the hail storm and damage to our car, they were a breath of fresh air and a people that would accept our car and situation with gladness and ease. It was hard to find a place to bring our vehicle but CARSTAR relieved us of the worry and burden of the circumstances. Every interaction whether it was in person or on the phone it seemed like they spoke with our best interest in mind which is very valuable. However, there was a bit of a situation when it came to past repairs on hail damage that brought some confusion and concerns. We felt uncertain on the state of our car and if we were going to be left with something we felt was not our doing. It got a little foggy on what was going to happen and honestly what was happening, but in the end it seemed like CARSTAR took our feedback and response well. They took care of any damage there was and we drove our car off the lot with confidence and relief as we finally had our car back.

Job well done, and the car was clean when I picked it up. I do have one suggestion, that is when you move the car seat forward backwards up or down, It’s always hard for the normal driver. to find their exact comfortable spot back when the driver seat has been moved. Thank you.
