A great all around experience. Had a minor fender bender and was able to get an estimate the same day. The communication between the shop; the insurance company; and myself was seamless. The work (new rear bumper) was finished ahead of schedule. The vehicle looked great when finished. Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional.

I am very satisfied with my experience at CarStar! I don’t think I have ever had a team do such a wonderful job on a car that I have owned. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I really liked how I was kept up to date and knew what was going on through text messaging! It sure helped! The only confusion was having to pay before getting vehicle released. As a individual customer, this is understandable. However, as a major company with a large fleet located in Ottawa and not being able to do an invoice method was somewhat confusing.
