My car took about 3 weeks to finish after they had sent me updates that it was almost done. And after I finally got my car back, there was a gouge in the passenger door that Carstar would not take responsibility for. I know for a fact there was no damage to the passenger door when I dropped it off but am being lied to by your Ottawa, Illinois branch.
