My car was not repaired properly. I was told that my car was finished and when I went to pick it up the dent was still there. They promised to fix it and called me 2 days later to pick my car up because it was ready. Again the bumper was still not repaired. I also left my daughter’s bumper in the rental car provided and they claim it is not there.

I brought my truck to Carstar Rice Collision after an accident damaged my bumper — it had a dent, missing paint, and had popped at the seams. After 5 days, they called to say it was finished. When I arrived, the paint was fixed but the dent in the bumper was still there. I pointed this out, and they said they would fix it. Two days later they called again, but when I picked it up, the bumper still wasn’t repaired. By this point, I had already returned my rental at their management’s suggestion, leaving me without a vehicle. They then gave me one of their own loaners, but it had no gas and low tire pressure. When I mentioned the tire pressure, the staff member became visibly irritated and insisted it was just a sensor issue — yet after filling it, the tire held air, proving it wasn’t a sensor problem. On the third attempt, they finally repaired my truck properly. This whole process took far longer than it should have, and the repeated trips, poor communication, and unprofessional handling made for a very frustrating experience.

We brought the car in with the air conditioning working and we left with issues with the air conditioning. We have owned the car since it was brand new in 2018 and never had a problem with the air conditioner until we picked it up today from the shop.
