The staff was very friendly, only problem is had was picking up my car ,I was told that I can pick it up on Friday but the car was not ready until 5pm .

Greg and the team at CARSTAR did an incredible job from start to finish. I was absolutely distraught when my car was side swiped and damaged pretty badly. I made my way to Greg, who was incredibly supportive and helpful. He immediately helped me navigate the brutally stressful insurance claim process and his warmth and friendly demeanor really gave me peace of mind that my car will be well taken care of. Plus they are Honda certified. So satisfied with the work that was done on my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The car looked amazing! I was pleasantly surprised with the detailing of the car. I’ve never been in a car accident before as a driver, so this was a stressful experience for me. However, from the time I walked in the door to when I picked up my car, the staff was so professional, and showed care. Thanks for a great first time experience!

From drop-off to pick-up, this was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Craig made me feel welcome right away and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands — he even called Enterprise to arrange my pickup and offered me coffee while I waited. The receptionist was warm, engaging, and polite, which made the whole visit feel that much more personal. When it was time to pick up my car, the process was seamless. Mike, the owner, greeted me himself and kept me updated while I waited. I even left my umbrella behind by accident, and within minutes I got a call letting me know so I could grab it — that level of attentiveness really stood out. This kind of care and communication is hard to find. Highly recommend! 10/10.
