As we discussed, upon tear down and inspection of the vehicle, a replacement of your quarter panel was required. Repairing it would not give a quality or safe repair. The replacement panel took a little time to get from us from the dealer, which is out of our control as well. We kept you update through the chosen text message updates as you were on vacation.
