I just want to say dealing with Rices AutoBody Shop. I’ve been dealing with them for quite a number of years and they’ve always satisfied and would be beyond my expectations. The treatment that you receive at the Shop from the staff is excellent. They are concerned about getting your car back to you in the order that it was originally should be and they will use our expertise to do whatever is necessary and with the appropriate parts if you have any questions, any problems, they will address them very nicely. They take care of even the rental cars if you need one and they are very nice rental cars they give you good mileage until they can service until you get your car back and once you satisfy all your desires and get your car back, you would be well satisfied I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a car repaired expertly and the staff there is very open and they discuss things up forward and upfront so there’s no questions in your mind as to the service and expertise that you’re going to get. I really appreciate them over the years.

I was very satisfied with the work that they did on my car far as repairing it and getting it back to me in a reasonable period of time and also the repair was just what I had anticipated to be. It was done professionally it was done expertly and even when I picked it up, there was a little thing they had to adjust. They took the car back into the shop briefly adjusted what they had to adjust and now took care of the issue and they gave it back to me in the same condition better than what I had gave it to them so I really appreciate all the work and if they Dunn into servicing me and the courtesy and kindness shown toward me and my family was extraordinary. I’ve been dealing with this shop for quite a number of years, I really appreciate the service and their expertise and also the considerations.

My experience with Rice Collision was superb. My car now is free from all scratches, dents and even a rust patch the happened after I hit an ice “hill” after the blizzard this past winter. The staff are lovely to work with. I highly recommend this business.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made everything very easy for us and expedited the repair, knowing that we did not have a rental car.
