Loved Car Star! They're all so nice and they kept me up to date with what was going on. Hannah, who is usually at the front desk is very nice and is the person you will speak to more than likely if you call. They also have rental cars there that you can rent while they're fixing your car. That was extremely helpful!! I def recommend car star!

Everyone was friendly and professional. Rental car was nasty. It smelled gross. It only had 1/4 tank of gas. I filled it up and then only needed it for 5 hours. I drove it home and back. Though I’m glad my car was done quicker than expected, I hoped I’d be reimbursed for the full tank of gas.
