The vehicle was originally finished on ThursdAY 7/23. We quickly realized that the rear lights were not connected properly and the tailgate would not open. We took it back and were told they had fixed the light issue but the tailgate needed a new switch. We were told they would not have the part until Monday 7/27. I told them to keep it until the part arrived. We called on Tuesday 7/28 to inquire and no one knew the car was even on their lot. Were finally able to pick it up on 7/30.

Great job, unfortunately it took longer than expected to fix after finding additional damage, but James Auto Body took care of everything with the insurance and everyone was very nice. Not having a vehicle is always stressful and unpleasant but the staff at James Auto Body was outstanding. I appreciate it so much.

Truck was returned without the job being completely finished. Bed decal was not put on before I got the truck back. Truck has been done for four weeks now and we still don't have the decal for the bed. It's a different story every week that we call and check on the status.
