Body work is great, everything else was lacking.

The body work was great. The communication between the office and us as the clients was zero. We had to call the shop for every step of the process. Our insurance also wasn’t communicating with us as well so it was frustrating all the way around. We just expected better communication as far as the estimate, or at least a general discussion on what all was damaged in the accident and how long we would be without our vehicle. There were a couple incidents when I called the office and felt as if I was bothering the front desk. The body work done was great, we have no complaints there but the office staff could use improvement.

Thought they did good work was just not under the impression it would take 10 days for the work to be done. I’m not a body person or a painter so not sure how long it takes. But if there’s a next time, I will definitely ask for a estimated completion date.
