CarStar was INCREDIBLE! A prior body shop did not do the scans that told CarStar a calibration at Subaru was needed. Because of that, my reverse alarms did not see the car I backed into, contributing to my accident. I didn’t know my sensors were missing calibration until I received service at CarStar. CarStar went the extra mile to do it RIGHT! I am a big fan.

I would absolutely recommend RUSSOM CARSTAR to all of my friends and family. Chad and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way. These guys are amazing! I had a small ding in my door and they fixed it so quick. I dropped it off and they had it fixed the next day. It was done so fast the insurance company didn't have time to update me on the progress. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. I'll send everyone I know to Cape Girardeau Carstar. 10 out of 10!
