Overall pretty good repair. The fender panel gap isn't back to 100% but it is close enough that no one would notice. All other aspects of the repaired parts look to be back to factory level. The repair did take over 3x as long as originally estimated due to more parts being broken, and an out of stock part. I had to call to get updates on why the vehicle was not completed yet. They did not proactively call me with updates when they were not meeting their original timelines. The car was detailed well after the fix.

Did not clean up all the glass. I had to go a vacuum it myself. They did not clean all the glue off the windshield. They got the car done quickly and keep me informed.

Missing floor mat on its return was disappointing. However, I can not be sure it was lost at Carstar. But don't know where it would have gone missing otherwise.

From the moment I called to check on their spot availability to pick up 30 seconds before closing time, Everyone was amazing and helpful! They were all so friendly and patient with me when I would called every few days for a check in. My nissan looks brand new and sounds so much better. They even detailed my vehicle before pick up. I would HIGHLY recommend Carstar to any and everyone.
