From the moment I called to check on their spot availability to pick up 30 seconds before closing time, Everyone was amazing and helpful! They were all so friendly and patient with me when I would called every few days for a check in. My nissan looks brand new and sounds so much better. They even detailed my vehicle before pick up. I would HIGHLY recommend Carstar to any and everyone.

I dropped the car off at 8am and was told a couple hours. At 2pm I called to get a status update. They told me “we just need to get it put back together” but I had checked the Tesla cameras and it was still sitting in the parking lot. Not even 10 minutes later it was in service mode and done around 4pm. A good job was done but that was clearly a part where they lied.

Left tail light now has moister in it (was taken off to fix bumper). It was working fine before bumper was fixed. However, it will be fixed when the car goes back in for PPF.
