No one wants to need the services of an auto body shop, but Russo’s made the experience much better. Jeremy communicated with me and let me know what was happening and when the repairs were expected to be completed. My car looks good as new and drives like a dream. There was a communication issue in picking up the car but apparently that was caused by a power outage at the shop. Also the closing time on the web site needs to be updated.

Yes I am completely satisfied with the work done by Russo. This was my third trip to clean up damage & I always feel comfortable & know the work is done beautifully. I just drop the vehicle off & leave the rest to the Russo crew, no need to question the vehicle comes back better than new. The Russo Crew is easy to work with & take care of everything.

I have used the service of Russo Carstar in the past, repair is always done to perfection. I just drop the vehicle off and leave the rest to the Russo Team to handle the insurance company. This was the third (3rd) repair Russo Carstar has done for me, they keep me updated and complete the service on time with the vehicle coming back Better than New. I have and will continue recommending their service to friends and family.
