The color match on the back liftgate is a bit off and there’s definitely a two tone look. I’m not sure if the shop could control this or not as I think one piece was ordered that came in already painted from Acura.

I could not be more pleased with my repair - my front bumper looks brand new - in fact my car looks brand new now too (it’s a 2018) it was a super nice touch to receive my car back cleaner than I left it!!!

Brandywine Coach Works (BCW) replaced the rear sub-frame and control arms on our 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and installed new tires. This was a major job to address the aftermath of a collision which was wearing out the rear tires prematurely. The vehicle alignment can now be set properly and premature tire wear should no longer be a problem. The vehicle's handling feels good.

Getting this vehicle back to normal has been a saga, including the hassle of the accident, insufficient insurance coverage, a Philadelphia-based predatory towing company, cosmetic repairs at a different shop, followed by the identification of the sub-frame problem as a result of premature tire wear, an attempt to solve the problem with "special" after market control arms. All of this has been time consuming, expensive and frustrating. BCW took a fresh look at the issues, developed a plan of action and returned the vehicle to factory specifications. Their communication, estimate, and time for repair were all on the money. We really appreciate Denise's customer service. She seemed to understand and feel for our situation. Excellent customer service!
