I did not receive any meaningful updates on the status of my repairs until they were complete. The automated updates were inaccurate, only causing unnecessary confusion. I was not able to make direct contact with the person overseeing my repairs. However, the front desk staff were always polite and I appreciated their coordination of the rental car.
