I like the service I got from you folks I appreciate the friendly courteous and quick service that you provided for me in my vehicle. I also do appreciate that you guys fixed something that is a loose fender on my right front and I hadn't even mentioned it and you guys fixed it and I appreciate that didn't even charge for it I appreciate that. And I also appreciated the fact that you guys when I took my car up to have the body work done and the inspection done that you were fully transparent and gave me full disclosure of how much both things were going to be and in fact I even called today with the possibility of bringing my car back to have the work done along with the car inspection that's how impressed I was with you folks. We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Russos! Our car literally looks like a new car and they do such a good job making sure they return your car to you looking perfect - like better than new I think if they could. They’ll put in the extra time for the extra paint or adjustment to make sure it’s just right, and they explain every part of work in detail to you (if you want) so you understand what is being done, why, and where the cost comes from. Being fully transparent and efficient shows they are true professionals.
