CARSTAR Shanafelt did a great job on our car Ponciano Botello explain every detail of the estimate and how much it was gonna cost and how many hours he was gonna take to fix it so we recommend them 100% also a big shout out to Tracy as she took us to a restaurant to eat while they worked on the car , very satisfied customer

After damaging my driver's door on my 2008 Kia, my insurance agent recommended CARSTAR SHANFELT. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised to find all the staff I dealt with were FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Bo who did the estimate continued to keep me apprised of the progress on my vehicle. Chris the owner even stepped in when I had difficulty with the insurance company. Thier service was fast and exceptional and above my expectations. The color blended on the door was perfectly matched. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles back to them for service.
