Fixed a broken bumper due to a collision from another driver, dent sustained on the adjoining part of the car frame was not fixed, Reason: It was not included in the initial quote. I take responsibility for not pointing it out specifically but my expectation was taking my car to a collision center for repair, the car should on barest minimum get a proper inspection of the damage sustained and proper fix recommended and not only a bumper swap. To have that dent fixed is now a whole new process that would probably require taking down the bumper again and the costlier than if it was fixed initially.

I would have liked a little more communication on the progress of the repairs. Dropped it off before our two week vacation and had one text that it was dropped off and in the shop. Didn’t realize more parts had to be ordered. I had to make arrangements with people to borrow cars. But Carstar did an excellent job with the repairs. The car looks great.
