Took to long to fix and felt like I was kept in the dark throughout the process. Quote from beginning to end nearly doubled and I had to go to upper management to pay for my rental since you took to long. When I picked up my car I was told you’re lucky you got your car back so soon because there are other cars that have been here longer. Unacceptable!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with car shops. little empathy would go a long way. Not a single apology from anyone there. but the job was done well, just really frustrating the back and forth and the time it took almost 4 weeks was ridiculous.

I’m great full for the time and work you all did on my car glad it’s all good again!! Just didn’t like the fact that I was being told I would be updated on my car and it was a hit and miss Linda thing ! Then I was told I would get it back this date then no call or nothing then waited and waited then finally after I called then Scott called me back and my husband spoke to him and we got my car back on March 1 . I’m not sure if the exhaust leak happened with the accident or not but I’ve got an exhaust leak now ! But my car looks awesome

They did very good work but seem to take more time than I thought it would an cost Roughly $1000 Dollars more than original estimate

The repair work is very well done I am satisfied with all the work done….. It did take a bit longer Than I was told initially apparently due to part delay hold ups I was some what surprised that my car had approx 300 + miles more on the odometer than what was there when the car was brought in not sure why that would happen …..
