They estimated less than $7000 for repairs and then the total bill was over $12000. They also took 6 weeks to do it. I really wanted my truck before Christmas. They got the fender they were waiting on the weekend before Christmas. So they had 4 full days to get it painted and reassembled so I could get my truck before the holidays. They got it done the Monday after. So I was 1 day way from getting it 4 days sooner and I didn’t have it for the holiday weekend. Really didn’t like my experience and I won’t use that body shop ever again. Total scam artists when it came to the estimate and final bill.

When I first came in I was very satisfied however when I went to pick up my car a customer service was very poor I stood waiting for someone to help me for almost 5 minutes while three people were sitting no more than 8 feet away. They were not with customers finally someone said I’ll be right up. Otherwise I would’ve rated customer service at 10
