Spectrum Auto has top notch customer service. After I hit a deer, they had me bring the car in right away. There was no wait when I got there and Sam immediately assessed the damage and got the ball rolling. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I appreciated the text messages updating me on the progress. They finished my car two days earlier than expected and it looks great! Spectrum made the entire process super easy for me. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back for my auto body needs in the future.

The work was done far slower than discussed. There was no communication, I had to check status. The work was not completed, and parts were missing. Now it has to go back in so it can be finished. I will not leave it this time, or I’m going back to the insurance company for another rental car.
