I recently brought my Ram into Spectrum Auto in Wurtsboro to have it inspected and repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Sam made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire project, making sure I was taken care of and always keeping me updated. She kept me informed every step of the way, explained any potential issues ahead of time, and gave me options instead of pushing unnecessary work. That level of honesty, effort, and communication gave me real peace of mind. On top of that, she was genuinely enjoyable to interact with and made what could have been a stressful repair process a much better experience. The experience I had working with Sam definitely makes me want to do business with Spectrum Auto again in the future. Jenn at the front counter was always friendly and polite, which made every interaction pleasant. I also appreciated getting the chance to meet the guys working on my truck — it’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. What started as a simple project turned into a bigger job because the truck had been sitting for a while before it went to the shop, but throughout the entire process the team remained professional, helpful, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were just genuinely fun people to talk to. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Spectrum Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional service.
