In general,, the workmanship appears to be good. Some plastic pieces did not fit as well as they should have but that may not have been anything the shop could have corrected.

Communications need to be better. I was told that I would be contacted when the shop had a chance to assess the damage. That did not happen. My next communication was "it's ready." No front end alignment was done on a vehicle involved in a front end collision. Had to leave and return to the shop later on pickup day for that service to be completed. The shop did contact insurance for approval and completed it the same day. It seems if repairs were not specified by the insurance company they were not considered. I would have expected a little more communication between the shop, insurance and me during the process.
