After being told all the parts were in and it should take a week or just a touch more. 3 weeks later I was told one of the parts were the wrong part. Had to wait a weekend for the right part to come in. The work that was done looked very well and I am pleased with the end result.

Excellent service! The manager was very helpful and personable - drop off and pick up was really easy. He even contacted the rental car company for me. The car was expertly repaired and looks great! It was even finished a day earlier than expected. I am very pleased and would recommend Carstar highly.

Although it took sometime for the parts and work on the car, they did a great job on my car. The body work was so good, you can't tell I was in an accident.
