Service was not good!! I was not pleased with how long this process took. In fact I call my insurance company twice about the poor service I was receiving.

It took to long to get my car !! Many delays for parts! Inspected my car in May 3023 had to wait until 7/24/23 before they could even start on my car. Was give a 2week time frame to fix the . Actual time I received my car back 9/1/23 six weeks later. In total it took 3 months or better to be repaired. You now have my other car (ford Edge) to be repaired not sure how long this car will take to be repaired. I will give you a 6 rating, but I was not pleased with your service!!

Repairs were done in a timely manner, but were subpar; I took my car back on Monday to get the problem corrected and was told someone would call me this week to schedule the vehicle for corrective repairs. It’s Thursday and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the required repairs.
