Ron was very easy to work with. This was a very typical after market install. (Lots of unknowns). The finished product looked to be in good quality. Its aftermarket so not 100 % perfect.

Communication could of been a little better. But they are a very high volume repair facility. Lots of units coming and going. I was surprised that there were no military discounts available for non insurance repairs.
