Carstar did a good job installing my bumper and grill. Things were alittle rough at the end with my insurance finalizing the last payment . Other than that , everything went very smooth. Thank you for your service

My car is not the same anymore. The Aftermarket parts that were used are bulky and heavy and make the engine louder. You can feel the extra weight in the front of the vehicle. The radio can barely be heard. You have to turn it up but the quality of sound is now poor so you can’t enjoy it. The radio needs to be looked at. Aesthetically the car looks okay but I feel the value has greatly diminished.

The process from start to finish was excellent and work was done on time. I was updated through text messages and when I picked up my car, not only was the work fantastic, the entire car had been detailed.
