It took twice as long as I was told. And I had to change my vacation plans because of it. Had I known the vehicle would not have been done on time. I could have waited to have it repaired. So no. I am not satisfied with my experience.

Again. The colors don't match as well as they should. And the paint has a run. And it was really slow.

People were very nice. However the repair took longer than stated. MUCH longer. To yhe point is interfered with my plans. Had I bern told ot would take as long as it did. I could have waited until we were home to have it done. As it was. Because it wasn't finished on time. Our trip cost 50 percent more than it would have and I had to inconvenience others. So no. I'm not real happy with the service.

They was real friendly with me when I dropped the car off very helpful when my wife picked the car up not so much seemed a little aggravated that my wife was asking questions that they forgot to fix during the quality check and the cleaning

My car rides ruff and not smooth like it did before I left it with you. I truly believe something else could have been fixed from the accident. But it was not, I don’t know what is is but it do not ride smooth and I know I don’t need tires right now. Marion .
